Physical activity is SO important during and after treatment but it’s also so hard. Sometimes, walking from one room to another is all the workout you can handle. But I’ve found a solution - riding a bike!

Not sure why I didn’t think of that one before. Riding bikes is such a great stress relief and a great way to get some low intensity, physical activity.

I was gifted a beautiful cruiser from the Kent x Komen collection and I’m loving it. Something I really like about this partnership is that it runs all.year.long. Not just in the month of October. Kent has donated over $1 million to Susan G. Komen from this partnership alone!

The collection 6 different bikes and 3 helmets. I have this cruiser which rides really smooth, whether it’s around the neighborhood, on the bike trails around Orlando or on the beach in Miami! I’m especially loving my nighttime bike rides with the cool “fall” weather.
